Communications
  Our clients may choose to communicate with us in any combination of methods:
   
Telephone The office is open Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time.
   
Fax Many of our clients send us claims and supporting data via fax. The incoming fax is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Outgoing faxes do not interfere with incoming faxes at any time; both can be handled simultaneously.
   
Electronic Mail We can accept email with text and attachments in UU, MIME, or BinHex encoding. Much of our client updating is batched and sent via email. We communicate with clients by email whenever possible.
   
Electronic Data Interchange We use EDI for incoming claims and actions as well as client updates for those clients who are equipped to handle it. If you wish to communicate through some form of EDI, give us a call and we will see if we can match systems. We probably can.
